This policy describes how Human First Automations ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the SMS alert program it operates for Intelligent Intentions, LLC ("the firm"). It covers both the person who receives our text messages and the people whose details may appear in them.
Who receives our text messages
This program sends text messages to one recipient only: the owner of Intelligent Intentions, LLC, at a mobile number she provided to us herself for this purpose. We do not send marketing, promotional or transactional text messages to the firm's clients, to prospective clients, or to any member of the public under this program.
What we collect
- The recipient's mobile number, supplied directly by her so that alerts can reach her.
- Caller details captured by the firm's telephone answering service — a caller's name, the number they ask to be reached on, their company where they give one, and a short description of why they called. These details are used to compose the alert.
- Message delivery records — the date, time and delivery status of each message, kept so that a failed alert can be detected and retried by other means.
Callers who reach the firm's confidential coaching line are handled differently: only a name and a callback number are retained and passed on. No reason, summary, transcript or recording of those calls is stored or included in any message.
How we use it
Information collected under this program is used for a single purpose: to notify the firm's owner that a call requires her personal attention, and to keep a record that the notification was sent. It is not used for advertising, profiling, scoring, or any automated decision affecting a caller.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate this program on our behalf — a telephony carrier to transmit messages, a voice answering platform, and a hosted database. Each acts under contract, may use the information only to provide its service to us, and may not use it for its own marketing. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Call records and alert history are retained in the firm's own database for as long as the firm's engagement with us continues, and are deleted on request. Message delivery logs held by our telephony provider follow that provider's own retention schedule.
Your choices
The message recipient may stop all messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly. Anyone whose details have been captured by the firm's answering service may ask what is held about them, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting us at the address below.
Security
Access to the firm's call records is restricted to authorised personnel and enforced at the database level. Confidential coaching enquiries are separated from general business records by design, and the separation cannot be lifted from the user interface.
Children
This program is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will post the revised version at this address and update the effective date above.
